When you hit loose gravel that's deep enough to catch your tire it's pretty easy to fall, why don't you go find a patch deep enough and try it out you asshole. However, I didn't just "tip over sideways." If you look you'll notice the gravel on the shoulder looks pretty new - i.e. very soft. My front wheel dropped off of the pavement into the gravel and stopped as it sank in. “This seems faked” – It isn’t.
